JOINT ACTION of […] adopted by the Council on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty on European Union, concerning a uniform format for forms for affixing visas issued by the Member States to holders of travel documents which are not recognised by the Member State drawing up the form or to persons holding no travel documents – Gemeinsame Maßnahme vom Rat betreffend die einheintliche Gestaltung des Formblatts für die Anbringung eines Visums, das die Mitgliedstaaten Personen erteilen, die Inhaber eines von dem betreffenden Mitgliedstaat nicht anerkannten Reisedokuments sind oder die kein Reisedokument besitzen- Action commune adoptée par le Conseil relative à un modèle uniforme de feuillet pouvant servir pour l’apposition d’un visa délivré par les Etats membres à des titulaires d’un document de voyage qui n’est pas reconnu par l’Etat membre qui établie le feuillet ou pour les personnes démunies de tout document de voyage (available in German, English and CORR in French)
